SR07 What lies within

The human body consists of 50 trillion cells. Amazingly all working together, in perfect harmony enabling us to function. Each cell gets the basics of what it needs to flourish, only then do certain cells become more complex with more complex functions.

Cells are the smallest independently functioning unit of a living organism.

Tissue are groups of cells working together to perform a specific function.

An organ is composed of 2 or more tissue types.

An organ system is a group of organs working together to perform major functions of the body

The human population is 8 billion at this time. If 50 trillion cells can work together to make the perfect human body, surely 8 billion (a much smaller number) people can act as cells, work in harmony and co-operation to make the Body of mother earth function perfectly. When we learn that we are all cells of a much larger organism, we will realize that working together benefits all the inhabitants of mother earth. Imagine if each human got the basics of what they needed to function i.e. clean water and food, and shelter – imagine such a world, in harmony, in love, in compassion.
