This piece is inspired by the innocence we all possess when we come into this life. Our purity, not yet spoilt by mundane affairs and social norms. Children show us the promise of renewal, hope and child like charm. Exploration that knows no bounds, no rules and no punishment. An openness to give and receive love, a playfulness and innate humor. Possessing something that is sometimes lost with time and age – the quality of innocence
If you still possess your innocence, you might find yourself singing while working, dancing like no one is watching, laughing till your belly hurts, watching butterflies in your garden.
I am unlearning many of the limiting beliefs that I have learnt in life, and this allows the innocence and pure enjoyment of being in the now, to flow more freely into my heart and mind.
